The Anne Arundel County Police-Community Relations Council (PCRC) is a voluntary, independent, self-constituted advisory body. Meetings are monthly from September to June on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm in Southern District’s meeting room. It is a great opportunity for the residents of Southern District to meet and ask our command staff questions. Current crime trends will be addressed that are occurring in the district/county, upcoming community events as well as a police presentation.
Topic: Neighborhood Watch
Speaker: Cpl. Megan Ott – She is apart of the Crime Prevention Division and works to help create/organize a Neighborhood Watch within communities and dispel some of the preconceived notions of what a Neighborhood Watch is and at the same time “what it is not”.
